The test results in the table below were obtained using SmartArms to test blood pressure monitors using OEM adult cuffs and hoses. Typical test results will usually be within / - 4 mmHg. Please note the following when using SmartArm to test your blood pressure monitor:
Use only OEM SmartArm Adapter Hoses. Use SmartArm's Leak Test to test the monitor, cuffs and hoses for leaks and also make sure the blood pressure monitor is in calibration (see blood pressure monitor service manual if you have any questions) before obtaining test results. The first result at each setting "seats the cuff", so please be sure to throw out the first result at each setting as the result may vary from additional test results at the same setting.
