WALLINGFORD, CT – Clinical Dynamics Corporation today announced that Lionheart Technologies, Inc. of Carson City, Nevada has taken a non-exclusive license for Clinical Dynamics' SmartSat™ Pulse Oximetry Analyzer technology. Lionheart Technologies, whose subsidiaries are Bio-Tek Instruments, DNI Nevada and Dale Technologies, paid an undisclosed amount for the non-exclusive right to manufacture and sell products incorporating Clinical Dynamics' patented technology.
