Thank you for your business. You must activate your new product warranty to receive warranty service and to activate the one year labor warranty on annual calibration service . All domestic customers receive a new product warranty of 3 years parts and labor on new units (international customers receive one year parts and labor warranty) when units are sent back to Clinical Dynamics for annual calibration. This protects your investment with a fixed cost for the first 3 years of ownership and also provides free software updates and an additional 1 year labor warranty regardless of warranty status.
